Spring
We get backyard beasties: rats, cats, squirrels, racoons, and -- apparently -- possums. To my Alberta friends and family: yes -- RATS (photo not included).
And for my friend Bill W: looking east at lenticular clouds during sunset.
We went to Chilliwack Lake for part of a day. Here’s Dani trying on a child’s hat for a laugh! I also started spraying my apple trees in the spring, long before it would matter. I later realized that I didn’t need any protection -- just don’t take deep breaths.
I started spraying for moths too early. I also discovered that I didn’t need to sweat behind foggy goggles nor wear a mask. The spray is harmless to humans. I have a video of a bird plucking petal after petal off our plum tree -- I don’t know why it was doing that. Fortunately, it didn’t diminish the (really bountiful) first harvest from that tree.
